Easy connecting opportunities to the Air France network
Passengers flying out of the Overseas Departments have access to fast connections to one of the 30 French and European destinations served by Air France out of Paris-Orly airport. Connecting customers are checked in and receive their boarding pass through to their final destination. For passengers who are connecting to an Air France flight at the same airport, their baggage will be checked through to their final destination. Free baggage allowance of two baggage items weighing up to 23kg
On routes between the French Overseas Departments and Metropolitan France, Air France offers a free baggage allowance of 2 baggage items weighing no more than 23kg each in Voyageur (Economy) and Alizé classes.
A travel saver card for frequent travellers
For customers who travel frequently between Saint-Denis de la Réunion, Fort-de-France, Pointe-à-Pitre, Cayenne or Saint-Martin and Metropolitan France, as well as on the routes of the Caribbean regional network, Air France offers a travel saver card giving cardholders a discount of 5 to 10% on these routes and a number of advantages such as wait-list priority or the possibility to obtain a seat at the front of the aircraft. The acquisition of a travel saver card also entitles the customer to immediate access to the Flying Blue Silver status. This travel saver card is available at the price of €350 inc. tax, excluding service charges.
More and more travellers think that researching and planning a European city break is half the fun and they're not interested in pre-arranged trips or escorted tours. Self-guided tours offer a lot of advantages but require some guidance and good resources.
With the recent wild fires, disrupting flights and increasing air pollution, environmental quality is a growing factor in attracting tourists.
