Air France update: Bad weather conditions in France at Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports

Air France keeps you constantly informed of any service interruptions due to meteorological conditions, technical issues, industrial action or political tensions.

Due to heavy snow falls in Paris area, the situation at Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports is highly disrupted.

Air France has cancelled many flights. More flight cancellations and delays are still expected tonight.

Due to bad road conditions, it is very difficult to reach Paris Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports.

Air France asks his passengers to check flight status before travelling to the airport. Passengers will find updated information by clicking on "Flight & destination information" on www.airfrance.com.

Due to these exceptional circumstances, passengers can contact their ticketing agent to change the reservation free of charge, in the same cabin of travel, irrespectively of the fare, for travel until 11th December 2010 included.

Alternatively passengers can change their travelling date up until March 5, 2011 without any penalty in the same booking class, free of charge, depending on availability, or in a different booking class, by paying the fare difference.

If your flight has been cancelled and you prefer to cancel your trip and require a refund, your ticket will be refunded fully, except the service fee. If your ticket was purchased through Air France directly, please fill in the refund form available online through the "Manage your reservations" feature. Otherwise, please contact your travel agent.
