Due to snowfalls and icy conditions in Paris and at some European stations, air traffic has been severely disrupted since December 17.
Air traffic remains highly disrupted today Monday December 20.
Air France operations progressively resume at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Paris Orly airports. However flight delays and cancellations are still possible.
Some flights had to be diverted to other stations.
Due to these exceptional circumstances, whether your flight was cancelled delayed or scheduled to operate, you may contact your usual sales point to modify your journey:
If your flight has been cancelled or delayed by more than 5 hours and you prefer to cancel your trip and require a refund, your ticket will be fully refunded, except the service fee. Please contact your usual ticket office.
