airBaltic to Go Double Daily from Turku and Oulu, Finland

 

On January 31, Latvian national airline airBaltic is adding the second daily flight from the Finnish cities of Turku and Oulu, to offer better connections for passengers travelling via North Hub Riga to the Middle East and Russia/CIS destinations.

 

Tero Taskila, Chief Commercial Officer of airBaltic: “Turku is the European Capital of Culture in 2011 and has received a lot of global recognition. The afternoon flight is a new opportunity for travellers to connect to Turku. Furthermore, the residents of Turku and Oulu will enjoy optimal connections to all our exciting warm destinations for winter, such as Amman, Beirut, Telaviv, Dubai.”

 

After introducing the additional flight, airBaltic will fly from Turku to Riga up to twice daily. Passengers will board a Fokker 50 aircraft for a flight that will last for 1 hour and 15 minutes. One-way ticket prices will start at EUR 60, including airport fees and transaction costs.

 

After introducing the additional flight, airBaltic will fly from Oulu to Riga up to twice daily. Passengers will board a Fokker 50  aircraft for a flight that will last for 3 hours and 10 minutes. One-way ticket prices will start at EUR 70, including airport fees and transaction costs.

 

After introducing the additional flight, airBaltic will fly from Oulu to Turku  up to twice daily. Passengers will board a Fokker 50 aircraft for a flight that will last for 1 hour and 30 minutes. One-way ticket prices will start at EUR 42, including airport fees and transaction costs.
