Vienna is at the very heart of Europe and, with less than two hours transit time at Vienna International Airport to other European destinations, it is an ideal gateway for our valued guests. Our new code share and interline agreements with Austrian Airlines means our guests can now travel with greater convenience and comfort to a much larger number of European cities and destinations than ever before.”
Andreas Bierwirth, member of the Executive Board of Austrian Airlines said: “We are very pleased to have partnered with Wataniya Airways. We believe this is an ideal partnership for Austrian Airlines and Wataniya Airways, allowing both our companies to provide a broader choice of services and destinations to our valued clientele in Europe and the Middle East.” Wataniya Airways operates three weekly flights between Vienna International Airport and their exclusive Sheikh Saad Terminal in Kuwait, The nineteen new destinations the agreement adds to Wataniya Airways’ route list features such cities as London, Paris, Milan, Zurich, Geneva, Brussels, Sofia, Prague and many more.
