British Airways is launching services to Gothenburg

British Airways is launching services to Gothenburg, Sweden’s second largest city, with flights from as little as £55.50 in Euro Traveller one-way including taxes, fees and charges.
The twice daily service from Heathrow Terminal 5, goes on sale today (July 20) and starts on November 28, 2010.
Richard Tams, British Airways’ head of UK&I sales, said: “We are really excited about flying to this fabulous city on the south west coast of Sweden. It boasts Michelin star restaurants, culture and Liseberg, the biggest amusement park in Scandinavia. The schedule is perfect for day trips from the UK and timely connections onto our worldwide network”.
Accommodation in Gothenburg, available through British Airways, costs from £81 per night at the 3* Apple hotel and 4* First hotel G from £150 per night.
