easyJet travel update - severe weather conditions

Due to severe weather conditions there is expected to be further disruption to services operating from the following airports.
Edinburgh - Reopened but delays are possible
Gatwick - Delays and heavy snow are expected
Geneva - currently snow closed
Lyon - currently snow closed
As the weather situation is fairly unpredicatble, Easyjet recommend that all customers check the status of their flight at the following link Check flight status before proceeding to the airport.
Please remember to allow enough time for the journey to the airport.
What to do if your flight is cancelled
Easyjet understands that cancelling your flight will cause you inconvenience and they are very sorry when things don't run as scheduled. To help you, information is provided below on how to rebook your flight or request a refund.
Rebook Your Flight
If you booked your flight through easyJet.com you will be able to rebook your flight free of charge using the services in 'manage my booking'. Please be aware that activation of this service normally takes a few minutes but at very busy times it can take up to 3 hours.
If you did not book your flight through easyJet.com you will need to arrange for your flight to be rebooked at either the sales desk in your departure airport or via our call centre.
Request a Refund
If you booked your flight through easyJet.com the quickest way to request a refund is using the services in 'manage my booking'. Please be aware that activation of this service normally takes a few minutes but at very busy times it can take up to 3 hours.
