Leading regional airline offers host of reliable travel options for those travellers nervous of being left in the lurch by threatened Air France strike.
Flybe, the UK's Number One Domestic Airline also operates more routes to Regional France than any other carrier by some margin and is already reporting a groundswell of booking interest in the 102 flights it is operating to and from 14 UK and French airports (7 UK; & 7 France) over the travel period spanning the days of threatened industrial action by Air France employees.
Comments Mike Rutter, Flybe’s Chief Commercial Officer: “Our established reputation in serving regional France* is obviously being viewed as a reliable and great value alternative in light of the threatened industrial action, being widely reported as called for between March 28 through March 31.”
Over the period in question, Flybe is offering flights to and from Belfast, Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, Jersey, Manchester, Southampton airports and Avignon, Brest, Limoges, La Rochelle, Nice, Paris Charles de Gaulle and Rennes.
Flights are available for booking at www.flybe.com with one way fares from £29.99 including taxes and charges.
* Flybe received the Business Achievement Award at the Franco-British Business Awards 2007
As the Vancouver Olympic Winter Games draw to a close, London 2012 organisers have been taking advantage of the final opportunity to experience and learn from an Olympic Games, before London becomes the next Olympic Host City.
As the 21st Winter Olympic Games wind down in Vancouver, my thoughts naturally turn to the 22nd Winter Olympic Games scheduled for February 7 through 23, 2014, in Sochi, Russia. 2014 will mark the first time that Russia will host the Winter Games – Moscow hosted the Summer Games in 1980.
Even in these difficult economic times, companies are still seeing value in business aviation and are looking to increase business jet travel in 2010.
