Great Hotels Organisation, the London-based hotel sales and marketing alliance representing 4 and 5 star hotels under the brands Great Hotels of the World and Special Hotels of the World is pleased to announce the launch of a brand new website for meeting planners.
The new website is designed specifically for organisers of meetings and incentives to assist them in finding and booking a suitable venue. Each of GHO’s member hotels belonging to the Meetings & Incentive Travel Collection are presented on the website with a detailed description of the hotel, meeting space, unique selling points, incentive attractions, maps and much more.
Venue finders can also access GHO’s Meeting & Incentive Travel Collection e-book through the website as well as easily submit a request for proposal directly to GHO’s MICE desk. The MICE desk operates a free venue-finding service helping meeting planners to find the perfect venue for their next event from over 200 of their member hotels.
Jeshly Sierra, director of sales at GHO comments, “The launch of this new website will make the lives of meeting planners easier. All the information they need is available in one place so they can browse our collection of hotels to find one that’s right for their event. Once their RFP is submitted through the site, we have a 24 hour response policy meaning that they are provided with a detailed proposal including the best available rates within 24 working hours of the RFP being submitted. Flexibility, simplicity and value for money are at the heart of the service we offer.”
The website also features a large selection of exclusive special MICE offers and details of upcoming events including Great Hotels Meeting Forums, Road Shows, trade shows and networking events.

More and more travellers think that researching and planning a European city break is half the fun and they're not interested in pre-arranged trips or escorted tours. Self-guided tours offer a lot of advantages but require some guidance and good resources.
With the recent wild fires, disrupting flights and increasing air pollution, environmental quality is a growing factor in attracting tourists.
