Hilton Sofia tempts restaurant guests with new culinary promotions
Monday 11, October 2010
Hilton Sofia today announced the launch of three themed dinner buffet nights at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant Seasons, and also presented a revamped Sunday brunch.
The buffet nights will feature different themes for Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Monday nights will highlight ‘Vive La France’ favorites, prepared by Executive Chef Jean-Hubert Garnier. Tuesdays are all about exploring the different flavors of Latin-American food – burritos, quesadillas, chili con carne and chicken jerky, to name just a few. During the ‘Oriental Nights’ on Wednesdays, guests will be treated to succulent meat dishes spiced up with seasonal herbs, curry and noodle specialties, as well as a sumptuous selection of exotic desserts.
On Sundays it is time for the revamped Sunday brunch – new themes, new culinary offers, live cooking and new activities for the kids in cooperation with the hotel’s dedicated partner, Wonder Group, are waiting for guests to enjoy. The buffet will be overflowing with different delicacies every week – from seasonal salads and a carving station to irresistible desserts, which the Hilton Sofia pastry team is famous for.
More and more travellers think that researching and planning a European city break is half the fun and they're not interested in pre-arranged trips or escorted tours. Self-guided tours offer a lot of advantages but require some guidance and good resources.
With the recent wild fires, disrupting flights and increasing air pollution, environmental quality is a growing factor in attracting tourists.
