Hilton Worldwide and its portfolio of hotel brands announced the launch of its newest meetings promotion in Europe.
Through Hilton HHonors, the loyalty program for Hilton Worldwide’s 10 distinct hotel brands, meeting planners can receive everything they need and want for one single price on meetings booked and confirmed by August 31, 2011, and held before March 31, 2012, at any participating Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Garden Inn, and DoubleTree by Hilton properties across Europe.
The Single Day Delegate Rate (DDR) bundles everything planners need to make their meetings more productive, including:
In addition to receiving Double Event Bonus rewards, meeting leaders for residential meetings will also receive a complimentary hotel stay and free access to leisure facilities.
“By bundling the numerous costs associated with hosting a meeting, we’re able to offer an easy, one-stop solution for meeting planners, and at the same time, thank them personally for choosing properties within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio as their meeting destination,” said Jeff Diskin, senior vice president, global customer marketing, Hilton Worldwide.
A selection of participating hotels and destinations includes:
Event Bonus rewards earned through the promotion are redeemable by the meeting leader for a number of incentives, including free nights, car rentals, airline miles, Experience Rewards or Event Credits to host additional events at properties within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio of brands. More and more travellers think that researching and planning a European city break is half the fun and they're not interested in pre-arranged trips or escorted tours. Self-guided tours offer a lot of advantages but require some guidance and good resources.
With the recent wild fires, disrupting flights and increasing air pollution, environmental quality is a growing factor in attracting tourists.
