For the first time, The Sunday Times presented the list of Britain’s Top 100 restaurants, produced in association with Harden’s. Michael Caines is not only the two-star Michelin Executive Chef at Gidleigh Park as well as Executive Chef at The Bath Priory, he is in charge of all food and beverage at ABode hotels. The Michael Caines restaurant at the ABode Chester was awarded ‘Cheshire Restaurant of the Year 2010′ by the prestigious Cheshire Life & Drink Awards!
