New inspiration for the Hospitality Business in 2010
Monday 1, March 2010
Hotelympia is bursting with new inspiration for your business. A thousand exhibitors, including over 370 companies that are new to the show, are waiting to meet you. Open from 28 Feb to 04 Mar 2010.
Hotelympia opened it's doors to an audience of over 40,000 at ExCeL, London. Boasting an impressive exhibitor list of more than 1000 companies, covering all areas of hospitality from Food & Drink, Catering Equipment, Tabletop, Decor and Design, Bathroom & Hotel Spa, Premises & Facilities and Technology by way of Hostec-Europe, and for the first time a dedicated Sustainability section - you simply cannot afford to miss it!
This year there are plenty of new attractions at Hotelympia. THE KNOWLEDGE ExCHANGE is a free business clinic, offering advice, worth thousands of pounds, courtesy of FCSI consultants and members of the INSPIRATION TEAM, such as well known chefs CHRIS GALVIN, TIM PAYNE and MICHAEL GODFREY, master sommelier and hotelier GERARD BASSET and sustainability expert DR REBECCA HAWKINS among others.
Located in the South Hall, STAGE 75 is the show’s lively centre piece with a programme of demonstrations, displays and presentations covering the length and breadth of the industry and guaranteed to entertain and inform. Also in the South Hall, COST SECTOR CATERING LIVE! gives you a chance to share the latest thinking and best practice on all things cost sector, with a different area covered each day from MoD to education and everything in between.
More and more travellers think that researching and planning a European city break is half the fun and they're not interested in pre-arranged trips or escorted tours. Self-guided tours offer a lot of advantages but require some guidance and good resources.
With the recent wild fires, disrupting flights and increasing air pollution, environmental quality is a growing factor in attracting tourists.
The hotel price comparison site www.trivago.co.uk has put together a list of the fifteen most spectacular hotel rooftop terraces in the world.
