Royal Greenwich Festival’s returns for another spectacular season

The series of high quality events will celebrate the cultural vibrancy of Royal Greenwich. Running from 29 March to 22 August, it will provide some of the best and most varied entertainment in the heart of a World Heritage Site, on the banks of the River Thames.
Over 200,000 people attended last year’s events which included imaginative street performance, music to suit all tastes and invigorating dance performances.
Already in full swing, The Children’s Theatre Festival will feature some of the UK’s finest children’s shows along with a host of opportunities for children and families to get involved.
Running until 14 April, the shows and workshops will be taking place at Greenwich Theatre, The Tramshed in Woolwich, Blackheath Halls, Greenwich Dance, Greenwich Heritage Centre and Eltham and Woolwich libraries.Additional events taking place include:
Greenwich Children's Theatre Festival

Greenwich+Docklands International Festival (GDIF)

Greenwich World Cultural Festival

Greenwich Dance and Greenwich Theatre bring together professional artists and local community performers to transform the wide open spaces, secret hideaways and historic gardens of Eltham Palace. Greenwich Music Festival

A series of public performances, including staged work, dance, chamber music concerts, film, lectures and educational outreach programs.

Sail Royal Greenwich

A stunning fleet of Tall Ships will sail the Thames and offer visitors unforgettable views of iconic maritime Greenwich.
