Ryanair has announced an exclusive partnership with Golf Away International to create Ryanair Golf Direct, a golfers’ travel club that offers members up to 50% off green fees at some of Europe’s finest courses.
Ryanair Golf Direct offers its members online access to discounted green fees at over twenty Spanish courses via www.Ryanair.com or www.ryanairgolfdirect.com. Further savings at courses in Portugal, the Canary Islands, Ireland and the UK will be available in the coming months.
Sinead Finn, Ryanair, said:
“Ryanair’s exclusive partnership with Golf Away International combines Ryanair's lowest fares with access to some of Europe’s best golf courses where passengers will benefit from savings of up to 50% off green fees. Ryanair Golf Direct is available on Europe’s biggest travel website www.ryanair.com .”
Dermot McArdle, Chairman Ryanair Golf Direct, said:
“Ryanair Golf Direct was established to get people playing lower priced golf on their holidays by booking green fees through the internet. We are delighted to have this exclusive agreement with Ryanair which allows us to negotiate larger concessions with leading courses to allow our members unprecedented savings in and around the locations that Ryanair is flying to.”
More and more travellers think that researching and planning a European city break is half the fun and they're not interested in pre-arranged trips or escorted tours. Self-guided tours offer a lot of advantages but require some guidance and good resources.
With the recent wild fires, disrupting flights and increasing air pollution, environmental quality is a growing factor in attracting tourists.
