Thomas Cook - Latest Thailand Information

Following the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) updating its advice against all but essential travel to Thailand, customers due to travel to the country up to and including Friday 7th May will be given the option to amend or cancel their holiday with a full refund.
In line with FCO recommendations, customers in resort are currently not being moved but are being contacted by Thomas Cook to advise them of the situation and to ensure they have the necessary contact numbers (as below)
Customers who booked through a Thomas Cook or Going Places store can visit the store to find out further information regarding their booking
Thomas Cook passengers due to travel to Thailand up to and including Friday 7th May should follow information on the Thomas Cook website, and can telephone 01274 738986 (open 0900 to 1730)
Thomas Cook passengers in resort who are due to travel back to the UK have been advised to contact their local resort office or call the customer service helpline on 01274 731119 (24hrs)
Netflights.com customers due to arrive in Thailand between now - Friday 7th May inclusive, are advised to call 0844 493 4189 where the customer service team will be happy to assist with re-arranging travel plans.
