TUI Specialist MD, Shearings CEO and Royal Caribbean Cruises UK VP to speak at WTM Vision Conference - London

World Travel Market, the leading global event for the travel industry, is delighted to announce a high profile speaker line up for WTM Vision Conference – London on May 25 2011.
TUI Specialist Managing Director Clare Tobin, Shearings Chief Executive Denis Wormwell and Royal Caribbean International UK and Ireland Managing Director and Vice President Dominic Paul will share their thoughts and opinions with WTM Vision Conference – London senior industry delegates.
Tobin, Wormwell and Paul will be involved in a session comprehensively reviewing the UK outbound and domestic market, at the mid-year half-day conference, in association with Kingley Event Management.
All three speakers are highly successful and well respected senior travel industry executives.
Tobin has enjoyed a distinguished 20 year career in the travel industry at First Choice/ TUI Travel including heading up youth brand 2wentys and managing director roles at Meon Villas and Hayes & Jarvis.
In 2008 she assumed responsibility for Thomson Tailormade before also taking charge of Austravel. In 2010, her role was expanded to cover responsible for the nine brands that make up the TUI Travel’s UK Specialist Division.
Wormwell started his career at Club 18-30 and also worked for Flying Colours before joining Thomas Cook, where he was Sales and UK Services Delivery Director until 2001.
Wormwell, who also spent 18 months as Chief Executive of National Express’ coach division, joined Sheering as Chief Executive in 2007.
Paul’s career has seen him hold senior positions with British Airways, Go Fly, easyJet and bmi. He joined Royal Caribbean from bmi where he was Chief Operating Officer to his current position in September 2010.
WTM Vision Conference - London 2011 will follow in the footsteps of the previous two events by offering high-calibre speakers, content and research to give analysis, statistical assessment and interpretations to the industry’s senior leaders.
The event evaluates the worldwide travel industry with exclusive research supplied by Euromonitor International (worth more than £1,000). Head of Travel & Tourism Research, Euromonitor International Caroline Bremner will present the report’s findings and answer delegates’ questions.
Following the success of the previous two WTM Vision events in London – almost 150 delegates attended in 2010 – it has been moved to the bigger venue of Confederation of British Industry headquarters in Centre Point, Tottenham Court Road, London to facilitate anticipated strong demand.

The third annual WTM Vision Conference – London, in association with Kingley Event Management, takes place between 9am - 1pm on May 25 at the CBI Conference Centre, London.
