The Flight Tracker app is free and can be downloaded from iTunes.
Jetlag Fighter app
To help travellers fight the symptoms of jet lag, we've teamed up with Mental Workout, (the leading developer of mobile and web-based apps that inspire and enable people to live better lives), and Dr. Chris Idzikowski, (a world-renowned jet lag and sleep expert), to bring iPhone and iPod touch users this one-of-a-kind app.
The core functionality of Jetlag Fighter is a personalized daily activity calendar providing advice based on the selected therapy type, the user's personal profile, and trip details.
In addition, the app contains a graph showing the real-time predicted adjustment, an alertness meter indicating the body's peak levels of performance, in-flight tips based on trip length, and a multimedia guide to jet lag.
The Jet Lag Fighter app is £1.19 or $1.99 and can be downloaded from iTunes.
