There are three restaurants -- the Apple Garden serves an international buffet with a wide regional menu (Shanghai, Beijing, Cantonese, Sichuan and Heilongjiang cuisine on rotation); Mudan, offers hotpot specialities and light supper, while Bianco brings western specialties.
