Wednesday 21, July 2010
The award-winning Corinthia Hotel Budapest has collected more than 26 lbs. in coins for "Beyond the Moon," an organization which helps sick children’s dreams come true and enables them to go on vacation with their families.
According to the Hotel’s general managerm Adrian Ellis, "Thanks to the compassion of our employees and hotel guests, we have been able to fulfill the dream of a Hungarian child suffering from illness."
A few years ago, the five-star Corinthia Hotel Budapest partnered with the "Change for Children" intiative coordinated by the "Beyond The Moon" organization. This international non-profit organization offers children suffering from a life-threatening disease, and their families, the opportunity to spend valuable quality time together and to enjoy a memorable, cost-free vacation, far away from hospitals and daily treatments. These family vacations provide children with beautiful and joyful experiences that reach "beyond the moon." All funds donated to the association are entirely (100 percent) dedicated to achieve this objective.
