Hilton Worldwide announces newest Meetings Promotion

Hilton Worldwide and its portfolio of hotel brands announced the launch of its newest meetings promotion in Europe.
Through Hilton HHonors, the loyalty program for Hilton Worldwide’s 10 distinct hotel brands, meeting planners can receive everything they need and want for one single price on meetings booked and confirmed by August 31, 2011, and held before March 31, 2012, at any participating Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Garden Inn, and DoubleTree by Hilton properties across Europe.
The Single Day Delegate Rate (DDR) bundles everything planners need to make their meetings more productive, including:
- Meeting room
- LCD projector, screen and flipchart
- Two course lunch – choice of restaurant or buffet
- Two breaks with seasonal refreshments
- Delegate stationary
- Unlimited tea, coffee and mineral water
- Free internet access for meeting planner
- Free porterage
- Consultation with meeting specialist
In addition to receiving Double Event Bonus rewards, meeting leaders for residential meetings will also receive a complimentary hotel stay and free access to leisure facilities.
