Iberia resumes flights to the reopen European airports

Amstedam, Brussels, Geneva, Stockholm and Zurich airports have been reopen. Iberia is operating normally, though with some delays, from and to these destinations
Dublin, Prague and Moscow airports have been also reopen.
Flights to the South of France, the South of Italy, Greece, Portugal and Istanbul are operating as scheduled.
Iberia will resume its flights to Paris today at 12:00.
The airline has also requested to resume its flights to London, as soon as Heathrow airport reopens.
The rest of the European air space is still affected by restrictions.
Domestic and long haul flights, as well as the the Iberia's frequencies to Africa are operating normallyIberia is hiring buses to transport passengers to their final destinations depending on the situation at the different airports. Since the Europen air space was closed, Iberia has hired 115 buses to such destinations as Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Venice and Geneva, among others.
In the last days, Iberia has operated special flights to Rome (8), Vienna (2), Moscow (1) and Barcelona to transport passengers affected by the air space closure. It has also accomodated more than 5,000 customers in hotels in Madrid.
Customers booked to or from any of the destinations affected by the air space closure are kindly requested not to go to the airport, if their flights haven't been confirmed.
The airline has increased the number of personnel attending its call centers and recommends its customers to call only in case of urgency.
Flight status can be checked through Iberia's website, Arrivals and Departures. Clients holding tickets with Iberia code, but operated by a different airline, are required to contact the operating carrier for further information.
