Eurostar offers 10 percent discount for travel to 4 March re-scheduled France vs Ireland clash.
Until midnight on 17 February, Eurostar is offering disappointed rugby fans who planned to attend the cancelled France vs Ireland Six Nations clash last weekend, a 10% discount on travel to the re-scheduled match on 4 March.
From 3 to 5 March, fans of the Irish and French teams can travel from London to Paris using the reduced fares to cheer on their countries during the match at the Stade de France, simply by booking their trip via eurostar.com and using the promotion code PARISRUGBY.
The code provides a 10% discount on Standard and Standard Premier non-flexible adult single and return journeys departing from London St Pancras International and travelling to Paris Gare du Nord, for a maximum of nine people per booking.
Mary Walsh, Director of Communications for Eurostar said; “There are large Irish and French communities in London who were bitterly disappointed that the Six Nations match was called off last Saturday, so hopefully this discount on travel will be some consolation.
“Many of our rugby loving travellers tell us their Eurostar journey is a great opportunity to soak up the carnival mood before the match, so we’re sure the atmosphere on-board next weekend will be bursting with excitement.”
The re-scheduled France vs Ireland match kicks off at the Stade de France on the 4 March at 16:00 (CET), 15:00 (GMT).
