From Thursday 4th to Saturday 6th of November world famous, 3 Michelin starred Italian restaurant Don Alfonso 1890 is set to wow diners with its stunning menu as the perfect finale to its 2010 Italian guest chef evenings.
They say that all good things must come to an end so with that in mind Brunello at The Baglioni Hotel will get ready to welcome its final guest chef for 2010. About Don Alfonso 1890
Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi (Saint Agatha on the Two Gulfs), between Sorrento and Positano, is the small capital of the Sorrentine Peninsula, and acts as a divide between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. It is in this town that Don Alfonso’ owners Livia and Alfonso Iaccarino welcome travelers and gourmet connoisseurs into the hotel and restaurant, in order to share the haute cuisine, culture, land, sea, and delicious produce of one of the most beautiful places in Italy. Don Alfonso 1890 is a family run business and since 1973 Livia, Alfonso and their two sons have taken great pride in serving simple dishes all of which originate from the land and sea of the Due Golfi with a passion that only people in love with their land can infuse into their food.
